As an F&B Associate, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction. You’ll work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to deliver a seamless dining experience that reflects the hotel’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Take customer orders, suggest menu items, and answer questions

• Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of food and beverages

• Follow service and presentation standards while serving meals and drinks

• Handle guest concerns and requests courteously and efficiently

• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including table setups and clearing

• Collaborate with kitchen and other F&B team members for smooth operations

• Upsell menu items and inform guests of ongoing promotions

• Process payments and manage cash transactions accurately

• Follow hygiene, food safety, and workplace cleanliness standards

• Replenish supplies and restock items as necessary
