Hilton, one of the world’s leading global hospitality companies, is seeking a professional and customer-focused FO Host (Guest Service Agent) to join its team at Hampton by Hilton – Dubai Al Qusais. As a key member of the Front Office Team, you will be the face of the hotel, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for guests from check-in to check-out. This role requires a warm, efficient, and organized individual with a commitment to excellence and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver an efficient and welcoming reception experience including guest check-in and check-out.

Address guest queries in a timely and professional manner to ensure positive outcomes.

Maintain awareness of hotel services, promotions, packages, and room categories.

Utilize up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and maximize occupancy.

Follow Hilton’s brand standards and adhere to all health, safety, and security regulations.

Process payments accurately using hotel procedures for foreign currency, credit cards, and cash.

Support the Night Team with audit processes and staff development when needed.

Ensure smooth communication with other departments and report guest feedback.

Assist across departments as necessary to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in the hospitality sector.

Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.

High level of professionalism, grooming, and hospitality standards.

Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and pay attention to detail.

Team player with a willingness to assist others and a strong customer-first approach.

Good IT proficiency and basic knowledge of property management systems.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Front Office or Concierge roles in the hotel or leisure industry.

Prior cash handling and conflict resolution experience.
