Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed floral action plans, including design concepts, flower selection, quantities, and timelines; collaborate with the Event Manager for approvals and revisions.

• Design and create stunning, theme-based floral arrangements, ensuring luxurious and high-impact visual results.

• Supervise on-site floral installations, liaise directly with clients to confirm satisfaction, and adjust designs as needed.

• Lead and mentor assistant floral coordinators, delegate tasks effectively, and cultivate a creative, high-performance team culture.

• Manage inventory, maintain flower freshness, coordinate with trusted suppliers, and stay updated on the latest global floral trends to inspire innovative designs.

Requirements:

• Open to Filipino nationals aged 40 years and below

• Minimum 3 years of experience in floral design and coordination, ideally within luxury events or hospitality environments

• Strong design and presentation skills, with expertise in wrapping techniques and an in-depth knowledge of seasonal flowers and care

• Floral design certification preferred

• Creative mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-end event settings
