Job Overview:
Securitas USA is hiring Full-Time Flex Security Officers to join its dedicated team in Nevada. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic, prior military or law enforcement experience, or those passionate about public safety. Flex Security Officers are responsible for maintaining a secure environment and providing peace of mind for clients, employees, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol client premises inside and out to maintain a secure environment.

• Interact professionally with employees, visitors, and guests.

• Respond swiftly to suspicious activities and safety hazards.

• Maintain clear and detailed incident reports and witness accounts.

• Use de-escalation and conflict resolution techniques when required.

• Support daily security operations as needed by the client.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older

• High school diploma or GED required

• Active PILB card and valid driver’s license (mandatory)

• Previous security experience preferred

• Good attention to detail and strong vigilance

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Physically capable of performing patrols and standing for long periods

• Willingness to undergo a full background check
