About the Client:
Our client is a leading Dubai-based logistics and freight-forwarding company specializing in the transportation of high-value items for live entertainment, sports, film, corporate events, and fine art exhibitions. With decades of global logistics expertise, they provide world-class solutions for secure, timely, and professional delivery across the region and beyond.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Fine Art Logistics Coordinator to manage the complete logistics process for valuable art pieces. You will coordinate with clients, galleries, museums, and shipping partners to ensure that every shipment is handled with precision, care, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end shipment processes for fine art, from packing and crating to customs clearance, air/sea freight, and final delivery.

• Liaise with galleries, museums, collectors, and logistics partners to ensure seamless coordination and exceptional service.

• Prepare and manage shipment documentation, including invoices, permits, insurance, and customs paperwork.

• Monitor shipments to guarantee secure handling and on-time delivery.

• Work closely with internal teams to maintain accurate inventory records, service quality, and project deadlines.

• Ensure compliance with international shipping standards and customs regulations.

Requirements:

• Open to CIS and Asian nationals, aged 40 or below.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in fine art logistics, museum operations, or related fields.

• Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures, customs regulations, and documentation requirements.

• Proficiency in logistics or art handling software is a plus.
