Job Responsibilities:

As an intern in the Financial Product Operations team, you will assist the Operations Manager with the business expansion and daily operations of Bybit’s Financial Products division. Your responsibilities will include:

• Market & Competitor Analysis: Assist in monitoring market trends and analyzing competitors to support the development of expansion strategies.

• User Acquisition & Activation: Help organize offline and online user acquisition campaigns, and analyze activity data to improve campaign quality and efficiency.

• Product Optimization: Work with the Product and Development teams to provide user feedback and assist in the design and optimization of financial products.

• Task Execution: Complete assigned tasks in a timely and responsible manner.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above.

• Language Skills: Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking, and listening).

• Skills: Strong learning and execution ability, excellent communication skills, and responsible work ethics.

• Work Location: Dubai or Abu Dhabi (preferred).

• Internship Duration: Minimum 4-month internship, with at least 4 working days per week and 6 hours per day.

Bonus Points:

• Previous internship experience in the Internet, Finance, or Blockchain industries is a plus.

• Ability to adapt to distributed work environments and enjoy teamwork.
