✨ Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the financial strategies and operations for our expanding retail business. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of financial reporting, compliance, and strategy execution to align with the company’s growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Financial Strategies: Align financial plans with the company’s business objectives.

• Timely Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely reporting of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.

• Oversee Compliance: Ensure adherence to UAE tax regulations, manage general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reconciliations.

• Track Financial KPIs: Monitor key performance indicators like sales, margins, and operating costs to ensure financial targets are met.

✨ Requirements:

• Open to Arabic & Asian nationalities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA/ACCA preferred).

• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the retail sector.

• Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE tax regulations, financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, and financial modelling.

• Salary: AED 16,000 to 18,000 per month, inclusive of fixed allowances.
