A prestigious international strategic advisory firm with operations in the UAE, UK, USA, and offshore territories is looking for a Finance & Executive Operations Associate. This role blends financial administration, operational support, and C-Suite executive assistance across global markets, including UAE, USA, and affiliated territories.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance & Compliance

Manage bookkeeping, inter-company transfers, and monthly expense reports using QuickBooks

Liaise with external accountants and support international licensing/compliance

Prepare high-quality, detailed financial and expense reports
Executive & Operational Support
-
Provide high-level administrative and operational assistance to C-Suite executives
-
Coordinate international travel, multi-time zone meetings, and confidential communications
-
Support with documentation, client correspondence, and internal reporting
-
Assist in the planning and execution of investor roadshows and fundraising events
Office Management & General Admin
-
Provide support across both Abu Dhabi and Dubai offices
-
Oversee daily office functions, calendars, and logistics
-
Engage in ad hoc responsibilities as required by senior leadership
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field

Minimum 4 years of experience in a finance, executive assistant, or operational support role

Proficiency in QuickBooks and experience creating professional expense reports
-
Excellent communication skills in English (native level); Arabic is a plus

Valid UAE driving license and personal vehicle

Willingness to travel across the UAE and internationally (UK, USA, EU)

Able to manage irregular, flexible, and episodic working hours

Strong attention to detail, discretion, and ability to work independently and remotely
