OnTime HealthCare Services is seeking a dedicated Female Barista to join their team immediately. The role involves preparing and serving a variety of coffee and beverages while providing excellent customer service in a warm and inviting environment. The ideal candidate has barista experience, a passion for coffee, and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Skillfully prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and engage with clients effectively.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee preparation area and seating spaces.

• Monitor and restock inventory and beverage supplies.

• Stay updated on coffee trends and preparation techniques.

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

• Assist with food preparation and serving when required.

Requirements & Skills:

• Prior barista experience or related customer service experience preferred.

• Knowledge of coffee preparation methods and types of coffee.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude.

• Good time management and multitasking abilities.

• Attention to cleanliness and hygiene standards.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 2,500 – 3,000 per month
