Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach is offering a 6-month Food & Beverage Internship beginning in August or September. This opportunity is ideal for hospitality students or recent graduates who are passionate about luxury service and looking to gain hands-on experience in a world-class hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Support daily F&B operations across restaurants, bars, in-room dining, and banquets.

Deliver warm, personalized service aligned with Four Seasons’ brand standards and the Golden Rule.

Maintain immaculate service areas and ensure a refined dining environment per Forbes Five-Star and LQA standards.

Anticipate and respond to guest needs to create a bespoke experience.

Assist with mise en place, order taking, table settings, and service protocols.

Learn and promote menu offerings under the guidance of senior team members.

Collaborate effectively with a multicultural team.

Participate in high-profile or VIP events with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
-
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a hospitality or F&B management program.

Fluent in English; additional language skills (e.g., French, German, Russian, Arabic) are a plus.

Previous experience in an international or luxury hospitality environment is preferred.

Strong commitment to service excellence and attention to detail.

Professional grooming and personal presentation in line with luxury standards.
