Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service in line with standard operating procedures

• Set and clear tables efficiently

• Anticipate and respond to guest needs

• Handle complaints proactively and log them for follow-up

• Perform cash handling and ensure cash security

• Maintain service equipment

• Monitor and uphold service and facility standards

• Assist with stock control and security procedures

Requirements & Qualifications:
