Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced F&B Project Manager to oversee the planning, setup, and execution of new restaurant openings. This role requires expertise in facility management, vendor coordination, legal compliance, and operational setup to ensure smooth restaurant launches and ongoing maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Restaurant Openings & Setup:
✅ Oversee the entire restaurant opening process, from planning to launch.
✅ Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
✅ Work closely with architects, designers, and contractors to finalize layouts and construction.
✅ Ensure all facilities (kitchen, dining, utilities) comply with brand and operational standards.
Legal & Compliance Approvals:
✅ Handle permits, health and safety regulations, fire safety, and local compliance approvals.
✅ Liaise with government authorities and legal consultants for smooth approvals.
Vendor & Contractor Management:
✅ Identify and negotiate contracts with AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) providers.
✅ Source and finalize kitchen, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing equipment suppliers.
✅ Compare vendor quotes to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
Facility Operations & Coordination:
✅ Ensure restaurant operations run smoothly with proper infrastructure and layouts.
✅ Coordinate with restaurant teams to meet staff workflow and customer experience requirements.
✅ Plan and oversee preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
Qualifications & Skills:
🎯 Minimum 3+ years of experience in facility management and restaurant openings.
🎯 Proven experience in successfully opening and managing 2-3 restaurants independently.
🎯 Strong knowledge of restaurant layouts, equipment requirements, and operations.
🎯 Ability to manage multiple projects, vendors, and timelines efficiently.
🎯 Solid understanding of restaurant compliance and regulations.
🎯 Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
🎯 Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
