Job Title: F&B Cost Controller
Job Description:
INGMAR RESTAURANTS LLC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented F&B Cost Controller to join our dynamic team. This role is vital in optimizing food and beverage costs, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring accurate inventory and revenue tracking across our restaurant brands. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills and a passion for operational efficiency in the F&B sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Place purchase orders with suppliers in line with production and inventory requirements.

Maintain strong relationships with vendors, manage credit lines, and coordinate accounts payable.

Identify and implement cost-saving strategies for food and beverage sourcing.

Accurately record all inventory movements and ensure full documentation across the group.

Assist in designing and improving reporting, receiving, and operational systems.

Contribute to accurate recipe costing for all three brands within the group.

Utilize Supy Inventory Management System for tracking inventory movement.
-
Reconcile revenue by sales unit and brand to ensure accuracy.

Monitor and report daily/monthly F&B costs, analyzing key variances such as CoS ratios, wastage, and slow-moving items.

Track and report kitchen wastage in collaboration with culinary staff.

Prepare comprehensive cost and inventory reports for management.

Audit procurement, receiving, storage, and food preparation processes to ensure compliance with SOPs.
