Emaar, a globally recognized name in real estate, hospitality, and lifestyle experiences, is seeking a passionate F&B Ambassador to join the Origins – F&B team. This role is dedicated to ensuring exceptional dining experiences within a highly empowered environment, representing the brand throughout the guest journey and creating memorable experiences from arrival to farewell.

As an F&B Ambassador, you will uphold service excellence, anticipate guest needs, and foster loyalty by going the extra mile. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of Vida Hotels & Resorts, known for vibrant hospitality and outstanding guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver genuine and personalized service to all guests.

  • Conduct all operational tasks in F&B service according to Emaar’s standards and procedures.

  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with fellow Ambassadors, always prioritizing guest satisfaction.

  • Manage guest feedback, prevent complaints, and ensure effective service recovery when necessary.

  • Uphold Emaar’s service values: Put Customer First, Drive for Results, Learning, and Resilience.

Required Skills:

  • Genuine service personality with a high emotional quotient (EQ).

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Passionate about delivering outstanding service and enhancing guest experiences.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma required; a college degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.

  • Minimum one year of experience in a similar position within a 5-star hospitality environment.
