Job Description:
As a Fashion Consultant at Marina Rinaldi (Chalhoub Group), you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience, achieving sales goals, and supporting customer engagement initiatives. You will act as a brand ambassador, maintaining the highest standards in visual merchandising and customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet individual and team sales targets while delivering a top-tier guest experience.

  • Build and maintain client relationships using an omni-channel approach.

  • Gather and analyze customer behavior and product performance data to inform business decisions.

  • Provide pre-buying product feedback to help guide future selections.

  • Support customer experience (CX) and CRM initiatives.

  • Adhere to visual merchandising (VM) guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Manage click-and-collect processes and ensure timely fulfillment.

  • Accurately capture and maintain customer data for marketing use.

  • Promote Chalhoub’s loyalty program (MUSE) and stay updated on app offerings.

  • Assist in organizing and executing in-store events and marketing activations.

  • Stay informed about the brand’s social media activities and promotions.

  • Contribute feedback on store operations and performance.

  • Drive sell-through rates and help maintain optimal inventory flow.


Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English.

  • Previous experience in luxury fashion retail.

  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and fashion styling.

  • Team player with a proactive and collaborative attitude.

  • Familiarity with customer data systems and loyalty programs is a plus.
