As a Fashion Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer journey while achieving sales targets and strengthening long-term client relationships across an omni-channel environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experience while achieving individual and store sales targets

• Build and maintain strong client relationships using an omni-channel approach

• Capture and analyse customer data, including buying behaviour, top sellers, and slow movers

• Support CRM, CX, loyalty programmes (MUSE), and customer engagement initiatives

• Ensure accurate customer data capture in line with marketing and data privacy guidelines

• Promote in-store and digital brand campaigns, events, and activations

• Ensure adherence to visual merchandising (VM) standards and store SOPs

• Execute click-and-collect orders within agreed service-level agreements (SLAs)

• Support sell-through strategies to optimise store performance

• Provide feedback on product performance and pre-buying insights

• Contribute to team culture, people experience initiatives, and eNPS improvement

• Stay up to date with brand social media activities and campaigns
