We are seeking an experienced Facility & Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize multi-site warehouse, inventory, and facility operations for Waagner Biro Bridge Services across Dubai and Sharjah. This role is critical in ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, cost optimization, and digital transformation across all facilities.

The successful candidate will bring strong expertise in warehouse management, strategic procurement, IBM Maximo, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and HSE compliance, while effectively engaging internal stakeholders across projects and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Facility & Warehouse Operations

• Manage end-to-end warehouse and inventory operations across Al Quoz Facility (AQF), Al Batayeh Yard, and Al Barsha Yard.

• Ensure accurate inventory control, optimized material flow, and efficient space utilization across all sites.

• Implement standardized warehouse layouts, logistics workflows, and operational procedures.

Supply Chain & Procurement

• Develop and manage supply chain budgets, cost analysis, and cost optimization initiatives.

• Lead strategic procurement and supplier performance management.

• Implement structured requisition, approval, and documentation processes for material withdrawals.

• Ensure project-specific inventory allocation and traceability.

Digitalization & Systems Management

• Deploy, manage, and optimize the IBM Maximo Asset Management System, with focus on:

  • Inventory planning and forecasting

  • Asset hierarchy and architecture

  • Compliance with RTA store and audit requirements

• Drive process digitalization and automation to improve visibility and control.

Process Improvement & Continuous Improvement

• Lead process reengineering initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce inventory holding levels.

• Apply Lean Six Sigma Green Belt methodologies (or equivalent) to eliminate waste and improve operational KPIs.

• Define and track performance metrics for warehouse efficiency, compliance, and cost control.

Compliance, HSE & Risk Management

• Ensure full compliance with HSE standards, including dangerous goods storage regulations.

• Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments across all facilities.

• Implement corrective actions and continuous safety improvements.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Supervise, train, and develop cross-functional warehouse and supply chain teams.

• Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders.

• Communicate effectively in Hindi and English to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in supply chain, warehouse, and facility management within multi-site operations.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent process improvement experience.

• Strong background in strategic procurement, inventory planning, and warehouse optimization.

• Proven experience with IBM Maximo or similar enterprise asset/inventory management systems.

• Demonstrated experience in HSE compliance and dangerous goods handling.

• Fluency in Hindi and English (mandatory).
