TASC Outsourcing is seeking a Face-to-Face Shift Leader in Dubai to support UNHCR’s donor engagement program. The role involves leading fundraising teams, managing donor acquisition, monitoring performance, and ensuring that organizational goals are consistently achieved. The Shift Leader will serve as a motivator, trainer, and mentor for fundraisers while upholding professionalism and representing UNHCR with integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Donor Engagement

  • Approach and recruit regular giving donors in public and private locations in line with UNHCR’s code of conduct.

  • Represent UNHCR professionally in all communications and appearances.

• Programme Performance

  • Monitor and analyze team performance, ensuring targets and KPIs are met or exceeded.

  • Expand face-to-face fundraising operations across wider areas in the UAE.

• Training & Development

  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and motivation for fundraising staff.

  • Conduct team-building activities to maintain morale and ensure high performance.

• Monitoring & Reporting

  • Set daily and weekly team targets and track performance against goals.

  • Record and present performance data to management and suggest improvements.

• Administration

  • Ensure accurate completion of donor pledge forms and maintain supplies of materials.

• Leadership

  • Lead by example in professionalism, time management, problem-solving, and attitude.

  • Motivate and encourage team members through creative engagement strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Completion of senior secondary education or equivalent vocational training.

• Minimum 3–6 months experience as a face-to-face fundraiser.

• Team coordination and event management experience (desirable).

• Previous work with UNHCR is an asset.

• Strong leadership and motivational skills.

• Proficiency in written and verbal English.

• Flexible, proactive, and results-driven.

• Integrity, responsibility, and strong interpersonal skills.

Performance Requirements:

• Recruit a minimum of 35 monthly and 15 annual regular donors per month.

• Maintain at least 2 active fundraisers per team and attrition rate below 15%.

• Contract extension will depend on performance and adherence to UNHCR’s core values: Professionalism, Integrity, and Respect for Diversity.
