A leading steel manufacturing company in Dubai is hiring experienced Fabricators with a strong background in cutting, shaping, welding, and assembling structural steel components. This is an excellent opportunity for hands-on professionals passionate about precision metalwork and industrial fabrication.

Key Responsibilities:

🔧 Fabrication & Assembly

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and fabrication plans

• Measure, cut, and shape steel materials to exact specifications

• Perform various welding methods including MIG, TIG, and arc welding

⚙️ Workshop & Machinery Operations

• Operate tools such as grinders, cutters, and bending machines safely and efficiently

• Assemble fabricated components accurately using jigs and templates

• Conduct inspections on finished products to ensure quality compliance

🛠️ Process Improvement & Team Coordination

• Work closely with supervisors, engineers, and QA teams to troubleshoot fabrication challenges

• Maintain workshop cleanliness and adhere strictly to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) protocols

• Record job activity, materials used, and inspection results consistently

Candidate Requirements:

✅ Minimum 2–3 years of experience in steel fabrication or structural metal work
✅ Skilled in reading technical drawings and layout diagrams
✅ Certified or trained in welding and metal fabrication techniques (preferred)
✅ Physically fit, detail-oriented, and able to work in high-volume production environments
✅ Willingness to work in rotating shifts or extended hours as required
✅ Strong team player with good communication and problem-solving skills

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: AED 2,400 – 3,000 (inclusive of fixed allowances)
