Position Summary:
We are looking for experienced and driven Real Estate Agents/Brokers to join our high-performance team. This is a commission-based role with premium listing access, developer partnerships, and a supportive backend structure designed to help you close more deals, faster.
Key Responsibilities:

Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in real estate transactions

Conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and close contracts

Maintain a deep understanding of Dubai’s real estate market, including trends and regulations
-
Provide clients with expert advice on investment opportunities, property law, and off-plan developments
-
Manage leads effectively using CRM systems and major property portals (e.g., Bayut, Property Finder)
-
Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies
-
Build and maintain long-term client relationships and referral networks
-
Collaborate closely with in-house marketing and admin teams for support
Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Dubai’s real estate market (residential or commercial)

Strong knowledge of local real estate laws and RERA compliance
-
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle

Proficient in English; additional fluency in Arabic or Farsi is a plus

Skilled in CRM platforms and property listing tools

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills

Self-motivated, energetic, and sales-driven
