Position Title: Experienced Real Estate Agent

Job Description:
We are looking for driven and experienced Real Estate Agents to join our dynamic team in the UAE. This commission-only role is ideal for goal-oriented professionals who want unlimited earning potential based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting residential and commercial properties across the UAE

• Generate new leads through referrals, cold calls, online platforms, and networking

• Conduct property viewings and present listings professionally

• Advise clients on market trends, pricing, legal documentation, and transaction processes

• Negotiate offers and close deals efficiently

• Maintain long-term client relationships and provide excellent after-sales service

Qualifications:

• 6+ months of UAE real estate experience

• Knowledge of UAE property market and legal regulations

• RERA card is preferred

• Strong sales and negotiation skills

• Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus

• Familiar with CRM tools and property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle)

• Own car and valid UAE driving license preferred

• Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma

• Self-motivated, independent, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
