Job Description:

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Construction Worker to support our ongoing villa construction projects throughout the UAE. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in residential construction, a hands-on approach to multiple trades, and the ability to deliver high-quality workmanship that meets luxury standards.

This role is ideal for professionals who are experienced in executing a wide range of construction tasks and are committed to safety, efficiency, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute various stages of villa construction including foundations, structural framing, masonry, roofing, and finishing

• Perform tasks such as carpentry, concrete work, bricklaying, tiling, plastering, and painting

• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and site supervisors to meet quality and design specifications

• Operate construction tools and equipment safely and with precision

• Ensure worksite safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all regulations

• Support logistics, material handling, and site preparation tasks

• Troubleshoot and resolve construction issues or delays promptly

Requirements & Skills:

• Proven construction experience within the UAE

• Expertise in multiple trades such as masonry, carpentry, and finishing work

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents

• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, materials, and safety standards

• Physically fit and capable of working in demanding environments

• Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to work overtime or extended shifts as needed
