Agile Consultants, a specialist executive search and recruitment agency based in Dubai, is currently hiring a Remote Executive Recruiter. This is a commission-based, full-time role ideal for passionate, target-driven recruitment professionals with regional market experience. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing top-tier talent, managing the end-to-end hiring process, and supporting clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:

Source high-quality candidates using creative techniques across job boards, social media, databases, and external portals

Evaluate applications and conduct candidate screening via calls and emails

Coordinate pre-interview assessments and maintain communication with candidates throughout the process

Prepare and tailor job descriptions based on client requirements

Advise client decision-makers to align hiring strategies with their business objectives

Maintain and update candidate records to ensure accuracy throughout the recruitment lifecycle

Stay up to date with recruitment trends and apply best practices
Skills & Requirements:
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment in agencies, consultancies, or executive search firms

At least 1 year of experience in the regional (GCC/UAE) recruitment market

Strong background in recruiting across industries such as logistics, trading, manufacturing, IT, engineering, and consulting

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills

Ability to manage confidential tasks and handle sensitive situations professionally

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote and commission-driven environment
