The Executive – Events at Apparel Group supports the Event Manager in planning, organizing, and executing events that align with brand standards. The role includes coordinating logistics, managing vendors, overseeing on-site operations, and ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery of events to create engaging customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Event Manager in communicating with brands to determine exact event requirements.

Help produce detailed event proposals, including timelines, venues, suppliers, staffing, legal obligations, and budgets.

Research and negotiate with venues, suppliers, and contractors.

Manage and coordinate all event logistics, including venue and catering.

Lead and brief event staff during implementation and post-event activities.

Oversee overall project execution, dismantling, and venue clearance.

Conduct inspections and analytical mock-ups as required.
Candidate Profile / Qualifications:

5–7 years of progressive experience in event management roles.

Strong skills in budget management, contract negotiation, and vendor coordination.

Ability to work collaboratively, manage teams, and execute events efficiently.
