A confidential company in Dubai is hiring an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the CEO across both professional and personal matters. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who excels in fast-paced environments and has strong linguistic and organizational capabilities.
Responsibilities:

Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence

Coordinate complex global travel arrangements for business and personal needs

Prepare materials and briefing notes for meetings and strategic discussions

Act as the gatekeeper by prioritizing requests and managing access to the CEO

Handle personal errands, appointments, events, and household coordination

Conduct research, compile reports, and support strategic business projects

Uphold the highest levels of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C-level executives

Fluency in English plus one European language (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian)

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
-
High level of integrity and the ability to manage sensitive information discreetly

Strong communication and time management skills
