GLOBALVISION TECH CONT LLCSP is seeking an experienced Estimator specializing in Civil and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems. This full-time, on-site role based in Sharjah involves preparing and analyzing cost estimates for construction projects, reviewing project specifications, and coordinating with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure competitive and accurate bid submissions.

Responsibilities:

• Review project specifications and drawings to prepare cost estimates for Civil MEP aspects of construction projects.

• Solicit and review quotes from suppliers and subcontractors to determine the most cost-effective solutions.

• Prepare detailed bid proposals, ensuring they align with client expectations and project requirements.

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure bid accuracy and competitiveness.

• Monitor and assess project costs during construction to ensure alignment with initial estimates and budgets.

Qualifications:

• Experience in cost estimation for construction projects, particularly in MEP domains.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Proficiency in estimation software and tools.

• Knowledge of relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• Prior experience in the construction industry in a similar role is highly desirable.
