Enterprise Account Executive, Growth
MongoDB Dubai , UAE

MongoDB is looking for a driven Enterprise Account Executive focused on new business acquisition within the assigned territory. This role involves building and executing sales strategies that result in revenue growth and customer acquisition. Candidates will work with CTOs, IT leaders, and technical teams, leveraging MongoDB’s industry-leading database solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline within the assigned territory.

  • Prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT leaders, and technical end users to build strong relationships and drive growth.

  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and Professional Services teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Partner with enterprise ecosystem sales and channel partners to maximize deal sizes.

  • Participate in sales enablement programs, including Sales Bootcamps and leadership development initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

  • 5+ years of field sales experience with a proven track record in a competitive, fast-paced market.

  • Experience in developing sales strategies, prioritizing opportunities, and achieving targets.

  • Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology.

  • Strong skills in building business champions and developing client relationships.

  • Driven, competitive, and results-oriented with a desire to succeed.

  • Must reside in Dubai.

  • Arabic language skills are a plus.
