Rose Rayhaan by Rotana is hiring an Engineering Storekeeper to manage and maintain engineering supplies and inventory. The role involves receiving, storing, and issuing materials while ensuring stock accuracy, safety, and cleanliness of the store areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record deliveries and departmental issues accurately in stock ledgers.

• Match goods received with delivery notes and ensure proper documentation.

• Safely receive and unload goods from suppliers.

• Dispatch materials to the appropriate department securely and promptly.

• Requisition supplies weekly to maintain optimal stock levels.

• Maintain electronic records of materials in and out of storage.

• Participate in scheduled stocktaking exercises.

• Ensure strict security and cleanliness of store areas at all times.

Qualifications:

• High school or college diploma.

• Prior experience in a similar hospitality or engineering storekeeper role.

• Basic knowledge of electrical equipment is essential.

• Computer literacy is an added advantage.

• Good command of English.
