Wiser, an award-winning Employer Branding & Early Talent agency, is seeking an experienced Employer Brand Lead to drive strategic brand development and activation. This role is a unique opportunity to shape how top global businesses are perceived in the talent market by blending strategy, creativity, and storytelling. You will lead client relationships, scale Wiser’s offerings, and collaborate with creative, marketing, and recruitment teams to deliver impactful employer brand strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the strategic development of employer brands—from research and EVP to multi-channel activation.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and influence employer brand strategy.

• Define and deliver strategies that shift perception, increase awareness, and drive action.

• Build and scale Wiser’s employer brand services while ensuring excellence and innovation.

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams, fostering collaboration between strategy, creative, and marketing.

• Use insights, data, and research to inform decisions and measure impact.

• Manage P&L, revenue targets, and contribute to new business development.

• Represent Wiser as a thought leader by speaking at events and leading workshops.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in employer branding, brand strategy, or agency-side roles.

• Proven leadership experience managing and growing high-performing teams.

• Strong ability to influence and communicate with C-suite stakeholders.

• Deep knowledge of the employer brand lifecycle (research, EVP development, activation).

• Commercial acumen with experience in budgets, pricing, and service development.

• Creative mindset with a passion for pushing boundaries and creating standout work.

• Data-driven with the ability to demonstrate measurable impact.

• Strong collaboration skills across multi-functional teams.
