Astek Middle East is seeking a seasoned Senior Ecommerce Sales Manager to spearhead the global expansion of a luxury goods brand. The successful candidate will lead ecommerce sales strategies, develop international brand collaborations, and manage strategic partnerships across key markets including the USA, China, and Southeast Asia. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive global ecommerce growth through collaborations and online platform partnerships.

Establish strategic alliances with luxury brands, marketplaces, and online retailers.

Identify new sales channels and leads to boost brand visibility and revenue.

Manage existing ecommerce accounts, maintain strong relationships, and ensure order fulfillment.

Monitor and analyze sales performance to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.

Conduct ongoing market research to identify new ecommerce trends and platform opportunities.

Coordinate with internal marketing, product, and logistics teams for smooth operational execution.

Leverage expertise in luxury goods to align with premium brand positioning and customer expectations.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 8 years of experience in ecommerce sales, specifically in luxury goods.

Demonstrated success in expanding global ecommerce presence and managing strategic partnerships.

Strong account management and customer relationship skills.

Proficient in analyzing ecommerce data and optimizing marketing/sales initiatives.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
