A leading regional provider of corporate training and learning solutions is expanding its Business Development team in Dubai. The organisation is seeking ambitious early-career professionals who are eager to build or accelerate a career in B2B sales and client engagement within the education and training sector.
This role offers hands-on exposure to corporate sales activities across the UAE, KSA, and wider GCC, working with regional and multinational clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and market research

Engage prospective corporate clients to introduce training solutions and identify potential opportunities

Research and identify target organisations and key decision-makers

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and activities in the CRM system

Support senior sales team members with proposals, presentations, quotations, and follow-up communications

Assist in booking client meetings, calls, and training demos

Contribute ideas to improve sales outreach strategies and client engagement
Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic

Confident, professional phone manner with the ability to engage corporate stakeholders

Proactive, well-organised, and results-driven

Comfortable working with targets, follow-ups, and outbound sales activity

Curious, resilient, and motivated to learn and grow within a sales environment
