Job Title: E-Commerce Operations & Customer Support Executive
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Operations & Customer Support Executive to oversee the daily operations of our online sales platforms and ensure an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate will manage order fulfillment, stock accuracy, visual merchandising, and client support across our e-store and partnered e-tailers.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver prompt, solution-oriented customer service and resolve client inquiries and complaints professionally.

Process orders, returns, and customer requests efficiently from our e-commerce platforms and partner retailers.

Maintain stock accuracy across all e-commerce channels and update inventory daily.

Coordinate with logistics, production, and other departments to manage order fulfillment and product availability.

Audit e-store functionality and partnered platforms regularly to ensure all products are listed and functioning properly.

Prepare weekly performance reports, analyze sales data, and suggest strategies to improve conversions.

Manage the visual merchandising and content updates of our e-store and collaborate on seasonal product shoots.

Handle product creation, including uploading images, descriptions, and specifications.

Maintain and update client database compatible with CRM software.

Work closely with warehouse and accounting departments for smooth order returns, monthly reconciliations, and statement reviews.

Track production and logistics timelines and communicate projected delivery dates to clients.

Participate in training sessions provided by e-tail partners to stay up to date with platform requirements.
Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or BigCommerce.

Experience in stock management, order processing, and customer service.

Ability to maintain accurate product listings and visually appealing online storefronts.

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in tracking systems, CRM software, and reporting tools.
