Zalinos Real Estate LLC is seeking ambitious and self-driven Real Estate Agents to join their AI-powered property platform in Dubai. This commission-only role provides agents with access to 1000+ off-plan projects, 100,000+ property units, and no area restrictions. 🔹 Responsibilities:

• Sell off-plan, secondary market, and rental properties across all locations in Dubai

• Leverage Zalinos’ AI tools to match properties with potential buyers effectively

• Attend client meetings at the Business Bay office or on-site viewings

• Collaborate with team members via WhatsApp channels for leads and listings

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available units, prices, and project details

• Work independently to generate and follow up with leads

✅ Requirements:

• Must be located in Dubai or willing to relocate

• Strong sales skills and a customer-focused mindset

• Self-motivated and results-driven attitude

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market is an advantage

• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

• No license required to start, but RERA certification is a plus
