Job Title: Driver – Logistics & Customer Support

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Driver to join our logistics team. In this role, you’ll ensure safe and efficient transportation, maintain detailed trip records, and provide outstanding customer service throughout every journey. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular vehicle inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure cleanliness and optimal performance, reporting any issues promptly.

• Accurately document every trip, including mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents, and communicate these details to the assigned supervisor.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with passengers in a polite and professional manner, assisting with any inquiries or needs during the trip.

• Follow all safety protocols diligently and maintain control of the vehicle in challenging driving conditions or emergencies.

• Use navigation apps and technology tools to plan and follow the most efficient travel routes.

Skills & Requirements:

• A valid and current UAE driver’s license is required.

• Strong navigation skills using digital route planning tools.

• Friendly, customer-oriented attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage physically demanding tasks and long hours on the road.

• Attention to detail in record-keeping and trip reporting.

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience: 0–1 year (freshers welcome).

• Location: Must currently reside in the United Arab Emirates.
