Job Title: Document Controller

Job Description:
We are hiring a Document Controller on behalf of a prestigious client in the UAE. This role is perfect for a highly organized and detail-oriented UAE National (Emirati with Family Book) who is comfortable working with both digital and physical documentation. As a Document Controller, you will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy, quality, and integrity of company records and supporting internal teams with document-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain digital and hard-copy documents for efficient retrieval and access.

  • Follow company procedures for document control and ensure standards are upheld.

  • Track documents through all phases—creation, review, approval, and archiving.

  • Control access to sensitive documents, ensuring appropriate use by internal teams.

  • Prepare and maintain logs, registers, and reports related to documentation activities.

  • Assist team members with documentation requests and queries.

  • Safeguard confidentiality and ensure compliance with internal document management policies.

Candidate Requirements:

  • UAE National (Emirati with Family Book) only.

  • High School Certificate or Diploma.

  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office and document management tools.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Must be willing to work from the office, 5 days a week.

  • Age: Up to 36 years old.

  • Experience: 0–2 years (Entry-level candidates welcome).

  • Location: United Arab Emirates.
