Job Summary:
As a Digital Content Creator, you’ll be responsible for capturing daily activities, highlighting key moments, and producing compelling digital content across all major platforms. This role is essential in strengthening our brand visibility and connecting with our audience through authentic and impactful storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture daily activities of agents, behind-the-scenes moments, and company events through photos and videos.

• Produce and edit engaging content tailored for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

• Create property walk-throughs, lifestyle videos, agent spotlights, and promotional content.

• Manage content scheduling and posting across social media channels to drive engagement and brand growth.

• Maintain a well-organized digital media library for team access.

• Coordinate with agents and staff to plan content shoots and campaigns.

• Design simple posters and marketing materials using tools like Canva.

Requirements:

• Experience in content creation, social media management, photography, or videography.

• Proficiency in video/photo editing software or mobile editing apps.

• Strong understanding of content types and trends across social platforms (Reels, Shorts, Stories, etc.).

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

• Creative mindset with an eye for branding, composition, and storytelling.

• Highly organized and able to manage time effectively to meet posting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Digital Content Creator in a fast-paced or real estate environment.

• Knowledge of current short-form video trends and platform algorithms.

• Comfort in shooting live content in dynamic settings.
