• Unilever is hiring a Demand Creation Executive to join their team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role focuses on driving sales growth and market penetration within the UAE’s food service (HORECA) sector. You will play a key role in managing client relationships, promoting Unilever’s product portfolio, and delivering customized culinary solutions to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of HORECA customers to meet sales targets and KPIs.

• Build strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor to clients.

• Offer tailored culinary solutions based on client needs and the Unilever Food Solutions (UFS) product range.

• Support customers in increasing efficiency and revenue through Unilever offerings.

• Promote new and existing products to enhance brand consumption.

• Execute marketing initiatives and negotiate win-win solutions and contracts.

• Provide financial and strategic insights to support customer success.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of outdoor sales experience in the Food & Beverage industry.

• At least 2 years of experience in the UAE market.

• Educational background in hospitality management, food technology, nutrition, or beverages.

• Fluent in both English and Arabic.
