Eurasian Resources Group is hiring a skilled Data Warehouse Specialist to join its Dubai-based team. This full-time, on-site role focuses on maintaining and enhancing the company’s data warehouse infrastructure, developing robust ETL pipelines, and building analytical dashboards and reports using the Microsoft stack. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in data warehousing, business intelligence, and data modeling.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and gather data and reporting requirements.

• Design and maintain data models and dimensional data warehouses.

• Develop ETL procedures to integrate data from various sources.

• Build and manage reports and dashboards using Power BI and other BI tools.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and security.

• Continuously improve current data infrastructure and suggest optimizations.

✅ Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related data field.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in data warehouse development.

• Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, Power BI, and advanced Excel.

• Strong skills in SQL and an object-oriented programming language.

• Solid experience with dimensional data modeling and ETL processes.

• Microsoft Certifications in Data Management and Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Data Warehouses (mandatory).

• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Russian is a plus.
