We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry Clerk to join a leading contracting company involved in major civil infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will support the accurate and timely entry of business data into the SAP system, ensuring data integrity and supporting cross-functional teams with SAP operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Entry: Accurately input business data into the SAP system while following company procedures.

• Data Integrity: Ensure the consistency and accuracy of entered data, maintaining high standards of data integrity.

• Document Control: Manage and organize business documentation effectively.

• Cross-functional Support: Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth operations and data flow.

• General Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks as needed, ensuring timely document processing.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Experience: Prior experience as a data entry operator, clerk, or in a similar role.

• SAP Knowledge: Basic to intermediate understanding of SAP ERP (preferably SAP).

• MS Office Skills: Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.

• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and data entry efficiency.

• Typing Speed: High typing speed with excellent data input efficiency.

• Organizational Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary: AED 4,500 to AED 5,000 per month, inclusive of fixed allowances.

• Location: Dubai, UAE.
