Google is seeking a highly skilled Data Center Strategic Negotiator to support our growing infrastructure needs across the Middle East. This role is critical to our global expansion, requiring deep expertise in site strategy, real estate negotiations, utility partnerships, and infrastructure development for large-scale data centers. You’ll work at the forefront of data infrastructure innovation, influencing how and where Google builds its next-generation facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage site selection initiatives for new and existing data centers, including power, water, and telecommunications infrastructure

  • Negotiate and finalize land acquisitions, lease agreements, utility service contracts, and vendor relationships

  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and external partners (developers, utility companies, economic development agencies, regulators)

  • Drive compliance tracking, project milestones, and reporting for real estate and infrastructure deals

  • Evaluate financial metrics and modeling to inform strategic portfolio decisions

  • Support Google’s long-term growth through sustainable, cost-effective, and scalable infrastructure solutions

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Engineering, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

  • 6+ years of experience in real estate negotiations, project management, or site development

  • 5+ years of experience in the Middle East region, ideally in data center, industrial, or infrastructure sectors

  • Experience in data center location strategy or industrial strategy

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical background in power, energy, telecoms, or data center infrastructure

  • Deep understanding of Middle East real estate and development regulations

  • Hands-on experience in collocation agreements, utility planning, clean energy initiatives, or infrastructure procurement

  • Advanced knowledge of financial modeling, policy negotiations, and infrastructure deal structuring

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% across regional markets
