Emirates Logistics LLC, a leading logistics and supply chain solutions provider in the region, is hiring a Customs Co-worker in Dubai. This entry-level role is ideal for graduates with good computer skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of customs processes. The position involves managing inbound and outbound documentation, processing payments, updating customs records, and supporting the logistics team with efficient and accurate data handling.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Process DP World payments on the same day of BOE/ED date.

• Download, merge, and organize inbound/outbound documents within required timelines.

• File non-remittance claims within two days of receiving final SWB.

• Create folders, save files, and maintain proper documentation records.

• Verify correctness of documents before processing.

• Process inbound/outbound BOE and update invoice & EDI data on EL master files.

• Create and forward shipments from DCO based on ATD timelines.

• Follow up on escalated documents and check BL for consumable shipments.

• Update BOE numbers, arrival reports, ITM, and consumables tracker.

• Support inbound and outbound operations, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (minimum education requirement).

• Entry-level work experience is acceptable.

• Strong knowledge of computer applications, especially MS Office and MS Excel.

• Familiarity with Dubai Trade and customs processes.

• Fast and accurate data entry skills.

• Good English communication skills (written & spoken).

• Alert, proactive, and detail-oriented attitude.
