  • Analyze customer feedback to identify gaps in products or services and offer insights for improvement.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer support or a client service role.

  • Proficient in using CRM systems and customer service software.

  • Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills.

  • Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to present information across digital and traditional platforms.

  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and modern CRM tools.
