As a Customer Success Associate based in Dubai, you will play a key role in ensuring that restaurant partners fully leverage the value of qlub’s platform. You will be responsible for onboarding and training restaurant teams, managing client accounts, analyzing data to drive operational improvements, collaborating with the product team to enhance offerings, implementing process improvements, and upselling additional qlub products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding Expert: Lead the onboarding process for restaurants, both virtually and in-person; ensure restaurant teams are fully trained and successfully adopt qlub’s solutions.

  • Account Management: Manage ongoing client relationships to maximize satisfaction and growth opportunities.

  • Data Analysis: Analyze account data to identify operational insights and efficiency opportunities.

  • Product Development: Collaborate closely with the product team to refine and improve the platform based on user feedback and operational needs.

  • Process Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements in operational processes and workflows.

  • Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell qlub products to existing clients.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business field.

  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

  • 2–3 years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally within hospitality or tech industries.

  • A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle (essential for on-site restaurant visits).

  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit, hustle, and ownership mindset.

  • Previous management experience within the hospitality sector preferred.

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets.

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

  • A results-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and exceed performance targets.
