Customer Services Support Officer
ADIB – Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank Dubai , UAE

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB), one of the UAE’s leading Shari’a-compliant financial institutions, is looking to hire a Customer Services Support Officer to join their team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for candidates who are passionate about customer service and keen to grow within a dynamic banking environment.

As a Customer Services Support Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery and timely resolution of customer queries. You will work closely with internal departments, support service agents, process finance applications, and maintain compliance with internal policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have previous banking experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely opening and closing of applicant records.

  • Process finance applications, obtain necessary approvals, and follow up efficiently.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to meet or exceed turnaround time (TAT) expectations.

  • Liaise professionally with internal departments and support cross-functional collaboration.

  • Participate in stakeholder review meetings and prepare regular reports.

  • Maintain accurate records of actions taken and customer service outcomes.

  • Support and provide technical assistance to customer service agents.

  • Ensure compliance with ADIB policies and procedures.

  • Handle customer queries effectively, aiming for high customer satisfaction and positive feedback.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.


Skills & Technical Knowledge Required:

  • Flexibility in working with team members across departments.

  • Strong data processing and organizational skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.


Previous Experience Required:

  • Prior experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry.

  • Familiarity with asset-based banking products and services.

  • Deep understanding of internal banking processes, systems, and regulatory frameworks.
