The Barking Lot, Dubai’s 18,000 sq. ft. luxury pet haven, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join its team. Known for premium daycare, an overnight hotel with 100+ suites, grooming services, and 7 indoor/outdoor play zones (plus a unique outdoor Catio for cats), The Barking Lot provides 24/7 pet care with safety as the top priority. The role involves handling customer queries, managing bookings, ensuring smooth service delivery, and providing top-tier customer experiences for both pets and their owners.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone and in-person.

Assist with reservations, bookings, and service coordination.

Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain a high standard of service for both pets and owners.

Support a smooth customer journey across daycare, hotel, and grooming services.
Skills & Qualifications Required:

Proven skills in Customer Support and Service.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.

Experience with customer satisfaction and phone etiquette.

Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and work effectively in a team.

Strong work ethic and passion for animals.

Previous experience in the pet care industry is a plus.
