Job Title: Customer Service & Order Processing Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to handle customer orders, shipments, and after-sales support while working in a hybrid environment. This role involves close collaboration with multiple departments, ensuring smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Process customer orders using Oracle ERP, monitor delivery schedules, and work on improving delivery dates

Coordinate with Purchasing, Suppliers, Commercial teams, RAQA, Finance, and Logistics regarding order processing

Arrange shipments by liaising with supplier warehouses and logistics teams, preparing and sending necessary documents to customers

Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, ensuring professional and timely responses

Assist the RAQA Team with quality issues, RMA bookings, and other quality-related matters

Process and follow up on customer complaints to ensure resolution

Archive order and shipment-related documents and support during audits by providing requested files

Assist with after-sales support, including replacements, in collaboration with Technical Service and RAQA teams

Implement and support Discounts and Free of Charge (FOC) policy

Monitor customer payment terms and coordinate with Finance to ensure shipments are processed according to approved credit limits
Requirements:
-
Diploma/Degree or equivalent with 2–3 years of relevant experience

ERP experience preferred (Oracle knowledge is a plus)

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel

Intermediate to Upper Intermediate proficiency in English (written and spoken)

Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and perseverance

Experience working with large databases

Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle objections professionally

Strong customer satisfaction focus

Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model
