Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to manage inbound and outbound calls, deliver excellent customer service, and generate high-quality leads. This role requires professionalism, responsiveness, and the ability to build lasting client relationships through meaningful conversations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently as per the assigned schedule.

  • Understand and analyze client requirements to provide appropriate solutions and information.

  • Share accurate product or service details with customers and generate leads using proper lead categorization.

  • Foster strong customer relationships by going the extra mile to ensure satisfaction and engagement.

  • Maintain detailed call history using the company’s call center database for smooth workflow tracking.

  • Provide a seamless and positive call experience while managing time effectively to prevent delays.

Skills Required:

  • Prior experience working in a professional call center, BPO, or customer support environment.

  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills to engage customers and communicate effectively.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently under pressure.

  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and call center software tools.

  • Skilled in negotiation and capable of clearly explaining product benefits.

  • Open-minded and receptive to feedback and process improvement suggestions from management.
