Key Responsibilities:

Skills Required:

Prior experience working in a professional call center, BPO, or customer support environment.

Strong verbal communication and listening skills to engage customers and communicate effectively.

Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently under pressure.

Proficiency in basic computer operations and call center software tools.

Skilled in negotiation and capable of clearly explaining product benefits.
