Job Overview:
We are currently hiring a Customer Service Agent (Female Only) to join our on-site team in Dubai. This is a full-time role ideal for candidates who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer support and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This is a commission-based position only. No basic salary is offered, but visa sponsorship will be provided. Candidates with experience in sales, customer engagement, or real estate support roles will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and in-person communication

• Assist clients in navigating services and booking appointments

• Support the sales team in following up with leads and ensuring smooth communication

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Manage and update the internal CRM with client data and inquiries

• Handle client complaints or service requests in a professional and timely manner

• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client issues

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Only female candidates are eligible to apply

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in real estate, sales, or customer service in Dubai

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities

• Advanced computer literacy and multitasking skills

• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively

• Knowledge of Arabic, Russian, or Chinese is an advantage

• UAE driving license and own vehicle are preferred

• Must be willing to work on a commission-only basis
