Salary: Up to AED 7,000 (All-inclusive; based on experience & qualifications)
Key Responsibilities:

Professionally handle all incoming and outgoing calls including client inquiries, agent communication, and supplier coordination

Manage the calendar of senior management, schedule appointments, and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders

Maintain accurate records such as call logs, meeting notes, and follow-ups using CRM software

Act as the central point of contact between clients, management, and partners to facilitate smooth communication and high service standards

Ensure a polished and professional client experience from first contact to post-meeting follow-up
Qualifications & Requirements:

Must be 40 years old or below

High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields

Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in the real estate sector or a related industry

Strong understanding of real estate operations; passion for luxury properties is a plus

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

UAE residency preferred
