Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Customer Relations Executive to join a top-tier luxury real estate team based in Dubai, UAE. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for providing outstanding client service within a high-end real estate environment.

Position Details:

• Position Title: Customer Relations Executive

• Employment Type: Full Time

• Location: Dubai, UAE

• Salary: Up to AED 7,000 (All-inclusive; based on experience & qualifications)

Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally handle all incoming and outgoing calls including client inquiries, agent communication, and supplier coordination

• Manage the calendar of senior management, schedule appointments, and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders

• Maintain accurate records such as call logs, meeting notes, and follow-ups using CRM software

• Act as the central point of contact between clients, management, and partners to facilitate smooth communication and high service standards

• Ensure a polished and professional client experience from first contact to post-meeting follow-up

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must be 40 years old or below

• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in the real estate sector or a related industry

• Strong understanding of real estate operations; passion for luxury properties is a plus

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• UAE residency preferred
