Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute targeted, multi-channel digital campaigns.

Create and automate personalized communications across digital platforms.

Conduct A/B testing and campaign performance analysis.

Segment customer data and build predictive models to enhance retention and engagement.

Monitor CRM performance and provide actionable recommendations.

Skills & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or AI.

Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe Campaign, Emarsys).

Proficient in Google Analytics and BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau).

Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and automation.

Strong skills in segmentation, targeting, and digital campaign optimization.

Technical understanding of HTML/CSS for digital communications.

Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
